The role of Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership in the implementation and monitoring of defined production processes, manage quality, ensure reliable output, train and develop the team, and deliver sustained operational efficiency. This position will direct and oversee the manufacturing operations and manage the team members at one of four regional Value-Added Service Centers (VASC) that perform In-Region Customization.
This position provides support to field personnel via development of structural calculations and CAD drawings: 1.) to create original designs 2.) convert competitive designs and specifications to pro-Hilti designs and specifications 3.) provide technical answers to questions related to the Hilti Anchor Channel (HAC)portfolio. All done in order to facilitate HAC sales in helping to achieve planned sales growth.
The Engineer II, Test Operations is responsible for implementing the maintenance, repair, upkeep, and upgrade of testing laboratory equipment and related infrastructure in cooperation with the Anchor, DX (Direct Fastening), Installation, Fire Protection Business Units for Hilti North America (HNA). This position maintains, calibrates, ensures proper and safe functioning, and conformance to applicable standards and regulations (e.g., IAS, ICC-ES, ASTM, UL, OSHA, etc.) of all test and support equipment in the HNA Testing Laboratory.

The Logistics Rotational Program is a 24-month entry-level program that gives participants the opportunity to experience different areas of the supply chain within Hilti. The Warehouse Supervisor directs and oversees Distribution Operations personnel. This role is responsible for coordinating operational activities to include: shipping, receiving, returns, carrier scheduling, and replenishments. Supervisory responsibilities include performance monitoring, evaluation, coaching, direction of work assignments, and cross-training of personnel. Additional support activities include data analysis, reporting, forecasting, inventory investigation, slotting, data pulls (BI/SAP queries), and project work.
The role of Logistics Services Representative II is the functional expert in a Distribution Center (DC), Logistics Services Group, or similar role. This position has overall knowledge and expertise regarding logistics of materials to and from various locations, including distribution centers, Hilti Stores (HS), and individual Account Manager (AM) vehicles, throughout the US and Canada.
